We’re pleased to announce a new feature for insurancelink customers. You can now filter the view of your course listings to only the courses you haven’t taken before. We call these untaken courses.
Using the new feature is as simple as clicking on the “show untaken courses only” link when looking at the course listings. Screenshot below:
Then, after you’ve clicked on the filter, the system will only show you courses that you have not yet taken since the day you signed up:
This is a feature that many customers have been requesting. It’s very helpful for people who need to take a large number of courses before renewing their insurance license.
Ontario customers, for example, need 30 CE credits every two years. With the new feature, the course listings become progressively shorter as you complete course after course, showing you only the ones you haven’t taken.
It works on mobile phones too:
The feature works for all customers. For customers who start with a free CE credit for life insurance, once you make a purchase you’ll be able to take additional courses and use this view to quickly filter down to only the courses you haven’t taken.
