We’re pleased to announce that we have 4 additional courses approved for customers in Alberta. If you hold a Life, Accident & Sickness insurance license in the province of Alberta, you can now get all your annual CE credits from insurancelink.
Life Insurance CE Credits in Alberta
With the June 30th deadline fast approaching, we’re excited to offer a full 15 credits for Life, A&S license holders in Alberta. You can see the full list of CE courses on our Alberta page, which includes the course graphics and description, or view the listing by approved credits for those people who want credit-level detail.
The credit view shows exactly how many credits, and for which type of license, each courses is approved for by the Alberta Accreditation Committee.
You can verify our courses are approved by visiting the AAC CE Course Lookup page, type in “insurancelink.ca” in the Course Provider section, and then click search. At the time of this writing we have 16 courses available.
General (Property & Casualty) insurance CE Credits in Alberta
We’re also pleased to announce that two of these new courses also apply to P&C license holders in Alberta as well. That means, at the time of this writing, we have 6 CE credits available to P&C license holders in Alberta — and many more on the way later this year.
While our focus in the past year has been largely Life insurance courses, a number of the courses have broad applicability to all types of licenses. That’s why we’ve managed to bring 6 new P&C courses to the market in Alberta.
Of note to Adjusters, 5 of those 6 courses are eligible for credit towards an Adjuster license as well. You can see the credit view of our General courses to see exactly what each course is approved for.
Get Your CE Credits before June 30, 2024
There’s always a rush of new people signing up on Insurancelink before the annual deadline and this year is no different. It’s always best to plan ahead and give yourself a week or two to complete your annual continuing education. No one wants to be under the gun to complete 15 credits on the last day of the month.
We sell 15 CE credits for life insurance customers as a bundle of credits on our pricing page, for courses you can take online with instant access and an easy system to navigate.
Free Insurance CE Credit
We also sell individual courses for $15 and we even offer a free CE course for any insurance license holder who needs a CE credit and wants to try out our system before buying.
The only rule with our free course is that it’s limited to one free course per person, per year. Every day we have people who sign up for a free course and get value from it, but then decide to try and cheat the system by signing up for another free course using a different email address and/or different mailing address. We easily catch those attempts and disable both accounts (or in some cases 3 or 4 accounts). Let’s keep it fair for everyone. If you like our free course, please sign up and support us.
